Public Enemy Refund & Returns Policy
At Public Enemy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be in the original condition you received them

Include all original packaging, tags, stickers, and accessories
Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, smells, or alterations may be declined.
Return Shipping Costs

Return freight is at the customer’s expense.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Public Enemy is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, socks, or headwear

Sale or clearance items

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please submit a return and place a new order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Public Enemy is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. Please contact the courier directly for claims.
