All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

All delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may be affected by unexpected delays outside our control (weather, courier delays, peak periods).
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Public Enemy is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Public Enemy is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
If this occurs, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.

Pre-Order Items
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together when all items are available. Contact us if you prefer separate shipments (fees may apply).
