Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation By Customer

Because we process orders quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@publicenemy.com.au

  • If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to cancel it.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Refund/Return Policy.

Order Cancellation By Public Enemy

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

  • There are issues with payment or suspected fraud

  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid

  • The order violates our policies

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

Changes to Your Order

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee:

  • Changes of address

  • Adding or removing items
